Scorpion Engineering Services is proud to have played a significant role in the award-winning regeneration of the Jennings Building in Porthcawl, South Wales. Originally constructed in 1832 as part of the horse-drawn tram road for iron and coal transportation, this Grade II listed building underwent a transformation.

Working closely with the client, the Council, and CADW, Scorpion Engineering Services contributed to the creation of The Harbour Bar and Kitchen. Recognizing the project’s prestige, we meticulously selected materials in harmony with the building’s heritage.
The Harbour Bar and Kitchen opened to the public in June 2017.
